Bwlch is a small village near Brecon in southern Wales. It is a considerably depressed and run-down village, with the local economy being dependent on the three pubs and Brennig Francis's Ice Cream Parlour to generate wealth. Most of the business received is due to tourists, and as such, the local area is very susceptible to tourist trends. There is a small park with four pieces of play equipment which all have a healthy layer of moss. There is also a phone box.
