Llantwit Major RFC is a Welsh rugby union team based in Llantwit Major. Llantwit Major RFC plays in the Welsh Rugby Union, Division Four South East League and is a feeder club for the Cardiff Blues.

The first record of a match at Llantwit was between Llantwit and Cowbridge in 1889. In the early part of the twentieth century, the club had their Headquarters at the King's Head Hotel, they later moved to the Swan Inn. The club was accepted as full members of the Welsh Rugby Union in 1962.
