Neath Rugby Football Club is a Welsh Rugby Union team which plays in the Welsh Premier Division. Their home ground is The Gnoll, Neath. They are known as the Welsh All Blacks because of the team colours: black with only a white Maltese cross as an emblem. Neath is the oldest rugby club in Wales.

Neath RFC is now known as Neath Rugby Ltd. The club owns 50% of the Ospreys professional side.
