Parc Cwm Darran is set to host a series of open air theatre performances this summer in the fantastic setting of the new amphitheatre, beginning with the Shakespearean comedy ‘As You Like It’ on Saturday 19th July.
Audiences can expect to experience the thrills of Shakespearean rhyme and witty comedy in the beautiful surroundings of the country park for what should be a perfect evening of summer entertainment.
The lively production of ‘As You Like It’ is sure to entertain the whole family – there are guaranteed laughs as the story of an unlikely heroine on the run with a court jester unravels and the audience can immerse themselves in the live acoustic music and the interactive element of the promenade performance.
The performance will start at 7pm and costs £3 per person and is suitable for families, children over eight, and those with hearing and visual impairments.
