Some time between 10.10pm and 11pm, someone went into the property and stole the car keys to a Silver Peugoet 308 parked outside Primitive Place, Beaufort, Ebbw Vale.
Police want to warn the public that, within the car there was a quantity of pure adrenalin which, if taken, could be fatal.
