A Poll of the Local Government Electors of the Community of Bodelwyddan was taken on 7 January 2010 on the following question:
“Should Denbighshire County Council continue with the proposed development plan for Bodelwyddan?”
The number of Yes votes: 30
The number of No votes: 394 ( A majority of 364)
The number of people eligible to vote was 1,645. 425 ballot papers were issued. The turnout was 25.8%
