Cold Inn is a small village in the Welsh county of Pembrokeshire situated between the villages of Broadmoor and East Williamston near to Saundersfoot south of the Landsker Line. Although there are currently 20 or so houses, 50 years ago there was only Cold Inn Farm, Cold Inn Cottage, The cottage now known as Lovespoon Cottage, the house on Clayford Road, Ebenezer Chapel(1861)and also a butchers shop ("the Slaughterhouse") which was situated next to Cold Inn Cottage on the East Williamston side. That was demolished around 2006 to construct a new dwelling.

Tradition has it that the name Cold Inn came from a public house which may have been situated near Lovespoon Cottage. The road would have been busy with passing travellers prior to the construction of the turnpike road (A477) to Pembroke Dock around 1771

The 2 cottages were home to colliers families who worked at nearby anthracite mines, and locally they burnt culm -a mixture of anthracite coal dust and clay to warm homes and cook on. The coal mining industry has long since gone from the area.

Around 1900 Land in the village was owned by the Picton Castle and Lawrenny Park estates who leased it to the tenants.

Cold Inn lies 1 mile outside the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and is around 60 metres(200ft) above sea level

Postal Address: Cold Inn, Kilgetty, Pembrokeshire SA68 0RP
