Commonly known as 'Consti" I have taken this picture from the top of Constitution Hill.
A Victorian Cliff Railway takes passengers up and down through the warmer months. As you can see Aberystwyth is a coastal town. The seafront faces west. It is set in Mid Wales on Cardigan Bay. This water is part of the Irish Sea.
