WI: What is you’re favorite place in Wales?
StG: My favorite place in Wales, well it has to be my new cabin here in Manor House Wildlife Park, which has its own island of trees, which unfortunately I have not been able to explore yet but am planning to venture out of my new house very soon.
WI: Favorite Welsh band or musician?
StG: Favorite Welsh band would have to be the ‘Stereophonics‘ very closely followed by the lovely Cerys Matthews, I do love a good song and dance, does that make me a funky gibbon?
WI: Favorite Welsh food or drink?
StG: My favourite Welsh drink is Toloja Orchards Welsh apple juice, all natural and I particularly like the one with Rhubarb, good for the digestion you know.
WI: What does Wales mean to you?
StG: Wales means everything to me, I was born here in Pembrokeshire 12 years ago and even though it’s not Malaysia where I am from, its still got its own micro climate hence all the tropical plants, rain and sunshine and of course now I have been joined by my mate ‘Lisa’ from Fota in Ireland, we plan to stay here and bring up our babies in Wales.
WI: What do you most miss about Wales when you are away?
StG: Luckily with my job I get to stay at home with the wife so I have never left Wales but if I did leave (with Lisa of course) the thing I would most miss is this odd little woman called ‘Anna’ who is always sneaking treats to me and Lisa when the keepers aren’t looking, apparently she is half Malaysian but no fur it’s revolting!!!!
Manor House Wildlife Park will re-open in the spring
