Over £157,000 has been spent on repairs to the Senedd building since it was opened in 2006.
Last year’s bill of £25,521 was the biggest since 2007/08.
Over the last five years electrical repairs have totalled more than £29,000, £25,000 has been spent on doors and plumbing repairs have cost the Assembly nearly £19,000.
Other repairs have also been paid for by Vinci Construction.
The Senedd building cost £67 million and was officially opened by the Queen on March 1st, 2006.
Shadow Minister for Finance, Nick Ramsay AM, said: “The Senedd has quickly become an iconic building and I think the whole of Wales can be proud of it.
“While a degree of maintenance should be expected, large annual payments on electrics, doors, fabric and plumbing repairs are all of great concern.
“At five years old – and given we were promised it would last 100 years – the building is still very new.
“Taxpayers will be concerned that having paid so much in the first place, large amounts of public money are still regularly going on repairs.
“We need assurances that resources are being used effectively and pro-active maintenance is taking place.”
