Police attended at an address in Maplewood Avenue, Garden City, Deeside, this morning (Friday, November 5) to make an arrest.
Once at the location a man made his way into the loft of the property and then up on to the roof.
Police negotiators were called to the scene.
At around 12.30pm the man came down from the roof of his own accord and is now in custody having been arrested on suspicion of burglary at an unrelated address.
