A 25-year-old man has been charged following an incident in Cathays, Cardiff, on Friday, November 29.
Ryszard Edward Tomala has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and two counts of wounding with intent.
He is detained until a hearing at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, February 27.
The victims have been informed.
