South Wales Police are appealing for witnesses following a Road Traffic Collision that occurred on Sunday 16th March 2014 at approximately 00.40hrs on the A4229 Pyle Road, Porthcawl.
A silver Mini motor vehicle and a pedestrian were in collision at the location.
The pedestrian suffered serious injuries.
South Wales Police are appealing for any witnesses to contact them.
The Police would like to speak to any person who witnessed the collision or either vehicle or the pedestrian who had travelled from Porthcawl area that evening and who have not yet given their details.
The carriageway was closed for approximately 3 hours whilst the police conducted initial investigations.
