At 2330 hours on Tuesday 22nd July 2014, a male pedal cyclist was travelling along Lavernock Road, Penarth where he was involved in an incident which resulted in him coming off his bike.
He was taken to the University Hospital Wales where he is receiving treatment.
South Wales Police are asking anyone who witnessed the incident or the manner in which he was riding before hand, to contact South Wales Police on 101 quoting incident number 42 23rd July 2014.
