Two men have been charged with murder and firearms offences following the fatal shooting of Jordon Banton on Friday, July 25, 2014.
Paul Michael Evan Dolan CLARKE, 34, of Bluebell Close, Rugby, and Darell AKINS, 28, of Follager Road, Rugby, were arrested in Cardiff on Monday 28 July and were both charged late yesterday evening. They have both been remanded in custody to appear before Leamington Magistrates’ Court this morning at 10am.
A further 19-year-old man from Rugby who was arrested on suspicion of murder on Saturday, July 26, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
