Gwent Police is appealing for information following a burglary which took place on Pandy Road, Bedwas between 7:30pm and 8:00pm on Saturday 23rd January.
Two men entered a house on Pandy Road and threatened the 85 year old occupant before making off with a sum of money. The victim was left shaken but uninjured.
The first man is described as being white with a fair complexion and a roundish face. He was around 18 years old, of medium build and around 5ft6 -5ft 7 tall. He was wearing a waist length green jacket and a green baseball cap with a motif on it.
The second man is described as also being white but with a darker complexion and a slightly longer face. He was also around 18 years of age but of slim build, and a little taller, around 5ft7-5ft8. He had straight hair which was dark and tidy.
