On May 8th the Conwy Business Awards ceremony was held in Llandudno’s Venue Cymru Theatre to announce which of the best companies nominated across Conwy County would take home the prizes.
The most prestigious prize is the Conwy Business of the Year Award. A wide variety of companies were nominated this year, across a range of industries but local construction and civil engineering firm Brenig Construction were successful in achieving the main award of the evening.
Brenig Construction are a dynamic and innovative construction company who have gone from strength to strength since the business first launched. They have experienced rapid growth and expansion while making a name for themselves in the local community and among industry giants as well.
Over recent years they have been successful in winning many major local contracts, including the new Rhyl Green Space and they are currently underway with large scale projects such as the The Carillion Telent BT Open Reach Network project, which will help to bring fibre optic broadband to North East Wales and Cheshire, as well as working alongside Balfour Beatty on the Burbobank Substation.
They have gained a reputation for excellence among local companies, councils and industry leaders including Willmott, Dixon, K & C and Barhale, who have all praised their hard work, dedication and skill. The company is now well known for finishing projects to a very high standard while being on time and on budget.
