Wrexham library is moving back

The renovation of Wrexham Library is nearly complete, so it is time to start packing up the boxes and moving back.

To limit disruption to services and make sure the return to the library happens as quickly and efficiently as possible, Wrexham Library on Chester Street will close on 1 March. The Junior Library will be relocated as from 22 February but customers will be able to have access to the library during this period.

Library customers will be able to return their library items to the Chester Street site during the relocation period but there will not be a borrowing facility nor access to public PCs. We apologise for this inconvenience but we’re looking forward to welcoming all our library customers to the newly refurbished Library in Rhosddu Road. Access to Wrexham Family Information Service will also be available to customers.

Wrexham Library will open for business at Rhosddu Road following an official opening on 22 March at 12.30pm. Make sure you keep an eye out for more information about the opening in the coming weeks!

If you have any queries about the library’s move back to Rhosddu Road, please call 01978 292090.
