Denbighshire County Council has formally approved plans to build 51 new dwellings on land at Tip Lane, Prestatyn.
The Council decided in November 2007 to approve the application, which also includes the construction of new vehicle and pedestrian access and associated works. The permission was subject to a legal agreement.
That agreement has now been finalised which secures the plans for the properties on site, a children’s play area and the developer will make a financial contribution towards community recreational open space.
The scheme itself will also involve junction improvements at Fforddisa, Tip Lane, and Princes Avenue, as well as improvements to Tip Lane itself.
