New exercise sessions for the whole family are now on offer at the Holm View Leisure Centre in Barry.
Bouncy castle sessions for children aged under five are taking place on Mondays and Tuesdays, 10am to 12pm, and Wednesdays to Fridays, 1pm to 3pm. The sessions cost just £1.
Meanwhile, adults can also burn off some energy at new circuit training classes every Friday, 12pm to 1pm. The classes are being run as a six-week trial initially and hopefully there will be sufficient interest for them to continue.
