New playground equipment at Victoria Road play area in Bagillt has proved a big success with local children.
Equipment at the site includes a roundabout which can also be climbed on. The play items have been funded by £12,000 from Flintshire Community Trust with an additional contribution from Bagillt Community Council.
Flintshire County Council’s executive member for Public Protection and Leisure, Councillor Dennis Hutchinson, said: “We are delighted that the new equipment is so popular. My thanks go to Bagillt Community Council and Flintshire Community Trust for working with Flintshire County Council on this project.”
