Breaking the Mould is a one day business improvement workshop for Flintshire companies being held on 26 April. This brand new workshop is the result of over 20 years work by John Giblin of Reach Another Level Ltd and the author of the book, “Breaking the Mould,” Peter A Hunter. Both co-deliver the workshop.
Held at Northop Hall, Country House Hotel, Flintshire and supported by Flintshire County Council’s Business Development Team, the workshop will deliver management strategies that have created performance changes in orders of magnitude greater than would normally be considered possible. In the short term, this increases profitability, in the long term, it creates an organisation without peers.
An example of what can be achieved include one business realising an 800% performance improvement in one of their critical operations in just three weeks. Another saw 12 supervisors remove over £1m of cost in just six weeks.
