A 20 foot powerboat, with two people on board, was towed to safety by Angle RNLI’s inshore lifeboat on Monday, May 3.
The D-class lifeboat, Richard John Talbot Hillier, was launched shortly after 10am to go to the aid of the boat, which had broken down at Watwick Bay just inside the entrance to the Milford Haven Waterway.
The lifeboat then towed the casualty to Gelliswick Bay, Milford Haven.
The lifeboat was crewed by RNLI volunteers Mark Lynas and brothers Mark and Peter Roch.
It was Peter’s first call-out since joining the crew.
