For four days next week, Commercial Street will be bustling with stalls selling a wide range of products from calligraphy to ceramics, pancakes to pewter ornaments.
As part of the Summer in the City programme, Craftfolk is running a market in the city centre from June 9 to June 12.
It is the third year that the successful event has been held in the city. Traders come from across Wales including Newport.
Operations manager Jane Hall said: “Nothing beats the bustle of a city centre street and Newport’s hospitality in welcoming us again onto Commercial Street is something we look forward.
“Even in these challenging times, the quality and craftsmanship of our products means that shoppers get a great product at a good price and come back time and time again.”
