A Neath underpass which was covered in offensive words and pictures has been given a makeover.
Neath Police Community Support Officer James Tossell got out his paintbrush to support the initiative at Mary Street.
PCSO Tossell said: “The underpass is quite well used by local residents and it was covered in disgusting language and pictures.
“We teamed up with Communities First to provide funding for it to be cleaned up which we hope will provide a safer and more pleasant environment.”
The project was designed by a local artist and the work was carried out by local youngsters with support from Communities First and PCSO Tossell.
