The winner of the category 11 years and under (individual entry) was Dylan Lewis of St Francis Catholic Primary School, Milford Haven with Treasure from the Sea. He won a £25 voucher sponsored by Emrys Arts.
Commended was Shayla the Mermaid by Zoe Williams of Tavernspite CP School.
The winners of the 11 years and under (group entry) category were Rhys Jackson and Sam Davies of Tavernspite CP School for Abstract Pike Fish. They won a workshop with the Creative Café, Haverfordwest.
Commended was A Day on the Beach by Portfield School – Class Upper 4.
The individual entry for 12-16 years was won by Esme Mahoney Phillips for The Watcher. Esme won a £50 voucher sponsored by Emrys Arts. Commended was Josh Brace.
Entries were assessed on the criteria of innovation in the use of material and artistic merit.
Kate Morgan, organiser of Fish Week and Food Officer for Pembrokeshire County Council, congratulated all the winners and those who were commended.
She added: “Once again, we have been amazed at the sheer variety and quality of the entries. There was a huge range of brilliant sculptures. The young people of Pembrokeshire have done themselves proud!”
