The Returning Officer has announced that three candidates are to stand for the by-election to represent the East Ward on St Asaph Town Council .
They are:
- David Broadhurst (Independent)
- Norman Eaton (Member Brynford Community Council 6 Years)
- Barry Powell (Independent)
The by-election takes place on Thursday, 22 July. The polling station will be located at the School Hall, St Asaph VP Infants School and will be open from 7am to 10pm.
