The Ponciau Banks Bowls Club continues to develop this year, with two successful open afternoons and bumper efforts at fund-raising.
Over the forthcoming summer holidays the Club will also be hosting events for young people and families, at the Bowls Pavilion (off Baptist St/South Lane)
The Club plays at home every other Tuesday afternoon (the next being Tuesday 13th July) and welcomes spectators. Refreshments are available. The Club also practises on Monday and Friday evenings, weather/light permitting.
The Club welcomes beginners, intermediate and more experienced players, and is looking forward to the remainder of the 2010 season.
