World Championship Speedway roars back into Cardiff this weekend. 40,000 people are expected at the Millennium Stadium on Saturday July 10.
The event begins at 5pm and the best way to travel is with public transport and coach wherever possible. If you do bring your car into the city, you can ease worries over congestion and parking costs by using the Council’s park and ride services.
The sites can be accessed by following signs from J33 of the M4 and the service costs £10 per car.
The car parks will open at 9am, with the first bus leaving shortly afterwards. The last bus will leave the pick-up point at 10.30pm, with the car parks closing at 11pm.
The services are accessible for the disabled, people with movement difficulties and wheelchair users, with dedicated parking next to the bus pick-up. Low floor buses and raised kerbs at both pick up and drop off points will also be in use throughout the day.
There is designated coach parking off Sophia Close. Driver facilities are available and the service costs £10 per coach.
