The Lampeter Review, a new magazine for new writing is launched by Lampeter’s Centre for Creative Writing this month.
The online magazine aims to promote the best in new writing from published and unpublished authors, students and others alike.
The first edition focuses on work from students studying the MA and PhD in Creative Writing at Lampeter with 12 contributions of poetry and prose. The students come from both sides of the Atlantic, recognition of the growing importance of the Centre for Creative Writing in Lampeter.
This first edition also includes an exclusive short story written by internationally acclaimed playwright Dr Dic Edwards, founder and director of the Centre for Creative Writing.
The Lampeter Review is free and available online at www.lampeter-review.com where submissions for the second edition are invited.
