Over 200 school pupils took part in a Tour de Tenby last week.
The youngsters from Greenhill and Tenby Junior schools completed a two-mile cycle circuit of the resort town on Friday.
The ride, which aims to promote cycling, was the third of what is now an annual tour of the town.
“It’s all about encouraging youngsters to get on their bikes and think about alternatives to the car,” said Paul Smith, Pembrokeshire County Council’s Walking, Cycling and Horse Riding officer.
“It also aims to get residents and visitors used to seeing youngsters out on bikes and allow them the space to get around.”
The annual Tenby bike ride was organised by Tenby Junior School Headteacher Jan Llewellyn and teacher Julia Wood with support from Wyndham Williams the Sport Pembrokeshire 5×60 officer at Greenhill.
Youngsters completed a circuit of the town taking in High Street, Tudor Square and Kiln Park.
As well as riders, there were also 25 marshals on duty including school staff, parents and members of the Tenby Aces Cycle Club together with local police, who managed the ride and controlled the traffic.
