North Wales Police and Ynys Mon County Council have joined forces to tackle speeding in a village in Anglesey.
The move comes following complaints from the public about the problems of vehicles speeding in Llangwyllog.
PCSO Geraint Williams said that they were warning drivers to slow down and a new interactive warning sign advising motorists of the 40mph speed limit had been installed within the area.
He said:”Apart from the warning sign the Neighbourhood Policing Team will also be continuing to use speed guns to monitor the speed of vehicles through the village.
“We are determined to crackdown on speeding motorists and urge drivers to be aware,” he said.
