Fancy a ramble with a difference? If so, then come along on our Fungal Foray and discover the fantastic variety of mushrooms and other fungi growing in our woodlands in Gwynedd.
Charles Aron, an expert in the field of mycology, will be on hand on the day to help identify the colourful fungi we find in the oak woodland of Parc Padarn.
This event has been organised by the Natur Gwynedd partnership and will start from the Slate Museum car park at Parc Padarn at 1.30pm on Saturday 25th of September (you may want to bring a basket or other container for collecting mushrooms). Please bring appropriate walking footwear and waterproof clothing (just in case!). Children must be accompanied by an adult.
