Denbighshire County Council has received a planning application for the “Development of land at High Street / Nant Hall Road to provide Class A1 retail units, car parking, landscaping, primary substation, allotments, petrol filling station, access and associated works.”
The scheme, which combines the previously approved Tesco and Stadium retail developments, will undergo public consultation with plans made available for the public to view online at Prestatyn Library or at the Council Offices, Caledfryn, in Denbigh.
In addition there will be an exhibition of the plans for the duration of the application at the Scala Cinema, Prestatyn, from 30 September 2010. The exhibition at the Scala will be manned on Wednesday 6 October on the following times: 11am – 1pm; 2pm – 4pm; 5pm – 7pm
