Police in Barry are appealing for information following a burglary in Cowbridge Road, St Nicholas, on Saturday, September 25th 2010.
The burglary occurred at around 1pm while the owners were out for the afternoon. A substantial amount of jewellery was taken, much of it of sentimental value to the owners.
Officers would like anyone with information about this incident or anyone who may have seen suspicious activity around the house on Saturday afternoon to get in touch with them.
DS Rob Davidson of Barry CID said: “The house that was burgled is located in the middle of St Nicholas on the busy A48 road.
“Someone passing by in a car may have seen something that seemed out of place on Saturday afternoon.
“We’d especially like more information about two men who we believe were seen walking up the drive of the house at around 1pm, the time we believe the burglary took place.”
