The Returning Officer has announced that three candidates are to stand for the by-election to represent the Plastirion Ward on Rhyl Town Council.
They are:
Andy Rutherford (Labour Party Candidate)
Ian John Si’Ree
Tony Thomas (Welsh Conservative Party Candidate)
The by-election takes place on Thursday, 28 October 2010. The polling station will be located at The Community Rooms in Maes Emlyn and will be open from 7am to 10pm.
Electors wishing to register to vote for the election or wanting to vote by post must submit a completed application form by 5pm Wednesday 13 October 2010.
