At approximately 4.25pm on Monday the 4th of October 2010, North Wales Police attended to a report of a two-vehicle collision on the A547 between Rhuddlan and Abergele, involving a car and a motorbike.
North Wales Police can confirm that as a result of this collision a male sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead. He is not from the local area and his family have been informed.
A female occupant sustained serious injuries and is still at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd this evening.
The road was closed whilst the collision was investigated.
