Twenty two year old Lee David Pearson, who absconded from HMP Prescoed on Saturday October 2nd, has been located and arrested in the Port Talbot area and returned to the custody of the prison service.
Gwent Police took immediate action after being notified that the individual had absconded. The operational plan was activated with the aim of locating the him.
