The Returning Officer at Denbighshire County Council is informing people of a by-election that will take place for two vacant seats on Derwen Community Council.
The by-election will take place on Thursday, 9 December 2010. If the election is contested, the polling stations will be located at Canolfan Cae Cymro, Clawddnewydd and Derwen Chapel Vestry and will be open from 7am to 10pm.
Any person wishing to stand as a candidate at this election should contact the Returning Officer for further information on Ruthin (01824) 706114 to request nomination papers.
Prospective candidates should submit their completed nomination papers to the Returning Officer, Room 235, County Hall, Ruthin, LL15 1YN no later than NOON on Friday, 12 November 2010.
