The Mayor and Mayoress of the Vale of Glamorgan were pleased to host afternoon tea for members of local organisations in Penarth. The ladies were given a guided tour of the County Library, Barry, before enjoying their tea in the Mayor’s Parlour.
On thanking the Mayor, Mrs Christine Jenkins said: “I was so impressed with our tour round the building, especially with the facilities at the library.”
