Information wanted on Dyserth assault

Police in Dyserth are appealing for witnesses to come forward after a man was assaulted in the High Street.

The assault took place around 1am of Saturday  August 21 outside the Bodunig Inn on the High Street in Dyserth.

The victim was walking past the Bodunig Inn when there was an altercation involving a group of people. He was punched once to the face which resulted in him being knocked unconscious with a broken jaw.

He has since undergone two operations on the injury.

Police believe there were many people outside the Bodunig Inn who may have witnessed the assault and are appealing for them for information.

The offender is described as a young white male.
