Conwy County Borough Council is lending its support to Youth Work Week with a range of activities and events for young people.
Between 1st and 7th November, there are special events the length and breadth of Wales to celebrate Youth Work Week – and that’s on top of the hundreds of activities, projects and initiatives that normally take place week in and week out.
Brian Watson, senior youth worker for Conwy said, “Youth Work Week gives us an opportunity to share good practice with other youth workers across the country and it’s a chance to encourage more people to get involved. It also raises awareness amongst young people about the range of activities available for them in Conwy County Borough.”
Conwy’s Youth Service will mark Youth Work Week with a range of activities to suit all tastes from graffiti art to street dance.
