asker-Milward Secondary School in Haverfordwest is to be closed to all pupils for one day only on Monday, 1st November.
The closure is required to allow a large crane to move onto the school site in order to lift into position the roof dome of the new tennis centre.
The school will be open as normal on Tuesday, 2nd November.
To ensure a day’s education is not lost, the school will be dropping a future In Service Training (INSET) day.
The centre has been closed since last Easter when the dome deflated when the facility was closed.
