Appeal after theft at cash point in Rhyl

Police are appealing for witnesses after a young woman had her money snatched from her hands as she used a cash machine in Rhyl last month.

The incident occurred on Friday October 8 at approximately 8:30am at the HSBC cash machine in Wellington Road, Rhyl.

The victim was followed down Wellington Road by the female offender who is described as 5″7 tall, white, wearing a 3/4 length black duffle coat with the hood up and blue jeans. She was also wearing brown boots

After the robbery the offender is known to have walked down Bodfor Street – Kinmel Street and then West Kinmel Street.

She made her way to the junction of Fynnongroew Road and Wellington Road and onto John Street.
