A festive fun day with a green theme has been planned by Communities First Ely and Caerau.
Taking place on Thursday December 2 at Glan Ely Hall, between 3pm to 6.30pm the day will celebrate the local environment.
The event is free and will feature activities including Christmas wreath making, craft activities, a visit from Santa, competitions, food, and lots more Christmas fun.
The day will also give people the chance to find out about the local groups and projects that are taking place in Ely. Those attending the event include representatives from Western Leisure Centre, Ely’s Growing Together, Mill Park and many more.
Executive Member for, Housing, Communities and Social Justice, Cllr Judith Woodman, said: “The fun day gives residents the perfect opportunity to find out more about projects and groups in the area whilst enjoying a fun day out. I would encourage Ely and Caerau residents to pop along and enjoy all the fun activities that are taking place.”
