Raymond Walters recently joined the Tai Ceredigion Board as an Independent Board member. Having worked as a Bank Manager and also as a leading member of various organisations and bodies for nearly 30 years he brings a wealth of financial knowledge.
He is now a self employed Financial Advisor and has considerable skills and experience to share with the team ranging from performance and development, business targets, budget management and business administration.
Mr Walters said “I am very much looking forward to working with the team. Having worked and lived in Ceredigion for the past 10 years I feel that I can offer a very wide range of experience and abilities in carrying out this important position. I have sat on many different boards across the county and also assisted a wide range of customers and businesses to borrow significant sums of capital for property development projects for example Aberystwyth University and Nant Gwrtheyrn Language Centre.”
The Tai Ceredigion Board consists of 15 non executive members, with five tenant representatives, five council nominees and five independent members. Between them they bring different skills and expertise to the board to make sure that Tai Ceredigion delivers the promises made to its tenants.

Our Board is responsible for taking all of the policy and major business decisions at Tai Ceredigion, including the five year Business Plan and annual budget.”
