Carmarthen Lost medication – warning

Police are advising Carmarthen residents that medication lost in the town centre could prove harmful if consumed by anyone other than the person for whom it was prescribed.

The medicine was lost during a house move some time over the past week. It’s contained in an A4 sized cardboard box, which has segments it for days of the week.

“There are three types of medication in the box, two of which are harmless,” said Sergeant Mark McSweeney. “But the three yellow Clozaril tablets are a cause for concern and could make someone extremely unwell if consumed.

“Anyone who finds this box should bring it in to Carmarthen Police station.”
