Appeal for information after fatal rtc in Pensarn

Police are appealing for information after a 44 year old pedestrian died following a road traffic collision on the Coast Road, Pensarn, just before 6pm last night (Thursday February 3).

Sergeant Emlyn Hughes said the collision occurred near the William Hill Bookmakers in Marine Road, at 5.59pm.

He said that the man, who has not been named, was taken to Ysbty Glan Clwyd where he later died.

The coroner and family members have been informed.

He said that they were now anxious to speak to anyone who had been in the area at the time and may have witnessed the incident.

“We are asking anyone with information to contact us as soon as possible,” he said.
