Police are investigating after car had one of its brake hoses cut while parked at the Castle car park in Newcastle Emlyn some time between 10pm on Friday 4th February and 10.30am on Sunday 6th February 2011.
The motorist noticed the brakes weren’t working properly while driving home and after finding the hose damaged, reported it to police.
“This could have been a very serious incident,” said Sergeant Simon Wright. “Luckily the driver wasn’t hurt. But if anyone has information which can help with our inquiries, I would ask them to please contact police on 101.”
