Commenting on the Rural Affairs Minister’s announcement on the Bovine TB eradication programme, Shadow Rural Affairs Minister Brynle Williams AM, said:
“Today’s announcement is a welcome boost for the farming industry
“Wales simply cannot afford to sit back and ignore the threat posed by bovine TB and I fully support the decision to press ahead with the intensive action area.
“This clearly remains a very sensitive issue and while I continue to respect the views of all those involved, we cannot forget the terrible toll that this disease has taken on the industry.”
